PracticalAISMB Uploader

PracticalAISMB Uploader is an internal tool. Only Hearth & Road LLC uses it. It is not offered to the public, and no one outside the business can sign up for it.

What it does

The app uploads videos that we made ourselves to our own YouTube channel, @practicalaismb. These videos are YouTube Shorts with practical AI tips for small business owners.

That is the only thing the app does.

How it works

We create a Short and write its title, description and tags.
The app uploads the video to our channel using the YouTube Data API v3.
Each upload is set to unlisted or private. The app does not publish videos.
A person reviews each video in YouTube Studio and makes it public by hand.

What it can access

The app asks Google for one permission only: the youtube.upload scope. This allows it to upload videos to our channel.
It never reads, edits or deletes any other content on the channel.
It does not access other users' accounts or data.
It does not ask for any other Google permission.

Data

To keep uploading, the app stores one OAuth refresh token for our own channel, plus the app's client credentials. These are kept as access-restricted secrets (never in code or shared files) and are used only to upload our videos. The app stores no other user data. Full details are in our privacy policy, including how to revoke access.
